A-level Politics offers students the opportunity to explore how political systems work, how power is exercised, and how political ideas shape the world around us. Through the Edexcel specification, students develop their understanding of UK politics and government alongside global politics and international relations.

The course encourages students to think critically, evaluate different perspectives and engage with contemporary political issues. Students develop valuable skills in analysis, debate, research and constructing well-supported arguments, providing an excellent foundation for further study and a wide range of careers.
