On behalf of the students and staff, I'd like to welcome you to our school. I am incredibly proud of our learning environment, our high standards, and the amazing achievements of our students and staff.
Our vision is Achieving Individual Excellence in a Caring Community. We believe every student can become an exceptional learner and achieve success through perseverance. This aspiration drives us to maintain very high standards and expectations, which our students consistently meet. My aim as Headteacher is to create a school where young people can be happy, enjoy growing, and truly thrive.
Last Friday, we celebrated our Year 13 Leavers' Assembly with a memorable afternoon full of laughter, reflection and special moments. From signing shirts in the Sixth Form Common Room to one final assembly together in the hall, our students marked the end of an important chapter in true Haydon spirit. This year's event was made even more special as it included the final Year 13 leavers' speech from Mr Jones before his retirement at the end of the academic year. We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 students and now wish them every success as they begin their A-level examinations. Good luck, Year 13! #WeAreHaydon
