Black History Month was a very successful night. All the acts and the audience thought the atmosphere was very buzzing and full of life. There were Patties and other traditional Caribbean tasters that went down a treat. The light and sound helpers did a great job throughout the night.
Haydon run after school classes for native speakers to improve their skills in the language and to work towards a qualification in that language. These are open to both Haydon and non Haydon students.
As Haydon continues to work towards achieving the full International School Award, there are a number of exciting opportunities for pupils to be involved in projects with our partner schools overseas.
Haydon School Language College not only enriches the school, but also promotes languages to the whole community.
